Tinker Falls is one of the smaller falls you will encounter in New York. The best time to visit would definitely be after a rainfall to ensure there is water rushing off of the cliff. However, it is still a beautiful view. To put this picture into perspective, I visited Tinker Falls near the end of June, therefore spring (aka the rainy season) had passed and all of the leaves and grown back! It was so pretty seeing all of the green.

I would consider the hike to this waterfall short and easy. However, if you want to climb to the top of the waterfall it is more difficult. There are stairs made out of rocks that lead up the right side of the waterfall and then you cross behind the waterfall in order to reach the top! If I remember correctly, there are some trails at the top of the waterfall you can hike!
There is a small parking lot across the street from Tinker Falls. Here is where you can find it : 42.783, -76.033, located in Tully, NY.
