Sophomore year was a crazy year to say the least. Attending classes online definitely wasn’t easy. The good news is that I can attend classes in person again in August!

One thing that kept me centered throughout sophomore year was watching the sunset. I was blessed to have an apartment that had a balcony and an amazing view of the sunset. Almost every night, you could catch my roommates and I yelling to each other that the sun was about to set, look at the sky, or get on the balcony! Most nights we would sit and talk about the colors we saw, other nights we talked about life, and the rest we enjoyed the peace that the sunsets brought us. One of my favorite parts about our balcony and the sunsets were the friends we made from it! Most of the time we were the only ones on our balcony, but when it was golden hour, everyone would come out to their balcony to see the colors that danced across the sky that night.
